Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finishes.
- Operate spray painting equipment to apply coatings to truck trailers, cranes, and related components.
- Inspect finished work for quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain spray painting equipment and keep work areas organized.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Spray Painter or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of paint types, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills.
