As a consultant with our client, you’ll receive :

Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess projects and initiatives coming through program
- Planning Intake process
- Coordinate with project leads and owner
- Develop project artifacts including project charter, project brief, project plan, project schedule, among others
- Develop and manage project team communications, appropriate for the audience and using appropriate channels and formats
- Report on project status, risks and milestones to various stakeholder groups
- Ensure all potential risks are identified and all impacted stakeholders are engaged
- Remove blockers to project team, escalating and mitigating risks and issues when required
- Enroll and educate project team, stakeholders and sponsors to ensure successful project delivery
- Manages project delivery to the agreed upon project scope, schedule and budget
- Manage external vendors where required
- Set clear expectations with project team and hold team accountable
Qualifications
Must have skills :
5+ years in project management experience with demonstrated experience leading complex, technology-enabled, transformation projects or programs with employee experience outcomes.
Complexity defined as having at least two of the following dimensions : multiple diverse workforce segments, global / multi-national scope with localization (process variation, language, etc.
or multiple business entities / divisions.
- Designations or certificates in project management (PMP), with deep understanding of and application of waterfall practices
- Experience working with organizational change management initiatives (e.g. change strategy, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, change planning, etc.)
- Deep understanding and application of waterfall practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders from project team level to executives
- Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to cater to all audiences
Nice to haves :
- Experience working on a large HR implementation across multiple diverse stakeholder groups (e.g. various workforce segments, geographies, languages, job levels)
- Experience working with Workday (HRIS) and ServiceNow
- Experience working in a Shared Service implementation or Workforce Optimization / Transformation project
- Experience working in vertical retail or other vertical consumer goods or services industries
