Practice Overview

This is your chance to join an established group practice in Trail, BC. This opportunity has it all - and then some - for you to design the practice you want, steps from world‑class outdoor recreation, yet with big city amenities.

Columbia Primary Care is a collegial group of six Primary Care Providers sharing a spacious clinic in downtown Trail. The practice offers a mix of patients, and the clinic providers support each other in taking up to 8 weeks off per year for holidays and CPD.

Clinical Resources

Our office offers a friendly and efficient environment with support from our experienced MOAs and Registered Nurse, and in‑clinic access to Primary Care Network resources including :

Clinic Layout & Sub‑Specialties

The clinic layout boasts a welcoming waiting room and a minor operating room (OR), and each Primary Care Provider has an office / exam room with a view of the Columbia River and a well‑equipped second exam room. The clinic has GP sub‑specialty practices including :

Recruitment & Compensation

Lucrative New‑to‑Practice Salaried contracts are available (up to full‑time) to physicians who don't have an established patient panel in BC. Care for up to 800 patients under a 2‑year salaried contract with generous recruitment incentives for new grads (Additional $25,000 sign‑in bonus and up to $130,000 in debt repayment - including private loans and line or credits).
