HR Analyst
On behalf of our Client Procom is looking for a HR Analyst, for a 6 month contract in downtown Calgary, AB.
HR Analyst Job Details
Reporting to the Manager, HR Advisory, the HR Analyst is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees and leaders within a shared services environment.
This role involves managing all one-time resolution inquiries received via phone, e-mail, and ServiceNow, including triaging and / or escalating requests when appropriate.
The HR Analyst will also support ad hoc projects within the HR Advisory team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic work environment, this opportunity is for you.
- Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service support by responding to employee and leader inquiries via phone, e-mail, and ServiceNow;
- assigning and overseeing team cases to ensure SLA’s and KPI targets are maintained; contributing to the HR portal and knowledge management strategy through effective use of Service Now ticket documentation, tracking, and resolution;
- supporting the development and maintenance of internal and external facing HR knowledge articles within ServiceNow; maintaining knowledge of organizational and departmental policies and procedures to answer general employee and leader inquiries;
assisting with the creation of materials related to HR procedures and policies.
HR Analyst Mandatory Skills
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
A minimum of 2 years of HR experience is required.
Proven customer service skills, including appropriate telephone and email etiquette, are essential.
Superior organizational skills, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail, are critical for success in this role.
HR Analyst Desired Skills
A Post-secondary Degree / Diploma with a focus in HR is considered an asset. Experience working in an HR shared services operating model and experience working in ServiceNow are preferred.
