POSITION OVERVIEW

The client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Construction Team. This position will oversee projects located throughout Vancouver Island, from Victoria to Comox. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and controlling construction activities to ensure successful project delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and labour management
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated success in managing subcontractors, change orders, and project schedules
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency on the job site
