Software Development Project Lead

What You’ll Do :

• Lead agile software development projects from initiation through delivery aligning with both business objectives and technical specifications.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and designers to set scope, priorities and milestones.
• Manage project schedules, risks and dependencies proactively addressing blockers and trade‑offs as they arise.
• Ensure clear communication and transparency across teams and stakeholders via regular status updates and reports.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts among engineering, QA, UX and DevOps teams.
• Champion agile best practices and foster continuous improvement in team delivery and processes.
• Track and report on key performance indicators such as velocity, sprint burndown and delivery timelines.
• Support team morale and culture nurturing accountability, learning and trust within the group.
• Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Projects or Asana for workflow management and visualization.
