Our client is an established Developer Builder who also act as a General Contractor. This Developer has been producing innovative, large-scalemunities for the past 25 years and take a unique, design focused approach to themunities they build.
Thesemunities consist of large-scale residential,mercial and mixed-use properties. The projects they haveing up include a 300-unit wood frame development, 160-unit wood frame development and a 14-storey tower.
Your new role
As Superintendent you will be task with executing the construction of these uing projects. You will oversee the site team and work in conjunction with the wider project team.
You will ensure the project ispleted within time and budget. You strive to exceed expectation and profitability. You will provide direct supervision and coordination to superintendents, general foreman, sub-contractors, project equipment, material and labour.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful incumbent must be a professional, confidentmunicator and someone that wants to be involved with construction of a challenging and high profile project.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a relevant technical education (Carpentry, Engineering, Construction, etc) and 5+ years of experience as a project superintendent.
Candidates from either a Developer / Builder or General Contractor background will be considered. Experience managing concrete multifamily, wood frame multifamily or majormercial / institutional from start to finish is a must.
