The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have an exciting, challenging career opportunity for multiple APPRENTICES in the field of TOOL & DIE MAKER. Kapco Tool & Die, a division of The Narmco Group, is a key source of our die builds focusing on both progressive and tandem dies, specializing in deep draw, aluminum, ultra high strength steel (UHSS) and complex stamping dies.

Job Summary – Tool & Die Maker

• Gain experience in reading and interpreting blue prints, CAD data and sketches
• Gain experience with working different types of tool steel
• Learn how to analyze and problem solve any quality of functional defects of a die
• Learn how to build various types of dies used in automotive stamping – progressive, transfer
