Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a strategic, innovative, and motivatedindividual to join our team as a Clinical Director . The Clinical Director will work in partnership with the Clinical Department Head and Program Medical Directors across Horizon to provide overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of services within allocated resources.

Who you are

You have a worked as a healthcare leader for a minimum of 7 years. You have experience in healthcare administration, mentoring, leading, facilitating, team building, negotiation, decision-making and conflict resolution.

You hold a master's degree in health or business administration linked to a clinical profession.

What you will do

The Clinical Director will lead and facilitate the delivery of quality care in close collaboration with the applicable Horizon Clinical Networks / Programs.

Leadership and Management :

• Provide visionary leadership.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous performance improvement to delivery safe, quality patient care.
• Ensure departments are fiscally responsible.
• Oversee the daily operations
