Senior Account Manager
This position is open to candidates across Canada and is fully remote. We are also open to American candidates whose book of business is cross-border.

THE ROLE : SR ACCOUNT MANAGER
As a Hunter, you’re consistently expanding your book-of-business by reaching out & delivering to clients. Your work is vital to the growth of Rite Way as we expand our services and offerings.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, driving sales & contributing to the overall success of our organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop & implement an Annual Prospecting Plan to uncover sales opportunities while holding yourself accountable with the support of your manager
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up & outbound cold calls
- Nurture your pipeline from generating leads through research and networking to following-up consistently with your clients
- Actively listen to your prospects / clients’ needs considering how we can make their professional lives easier through our services while also being transparent when we can’t
- Work closely with the CEO & Sales Manager on account planning, sales projections & innovative ideas on how to improve the process for yourself & the business at large
- Work with all departments through the onboarding process of secured business, being there for your client & supporting our administrative team when necessary
- Other duties as assigned by management that are relevant to your department & title
WHAT YOU OFFER
- 2+ years within the third-party logistics (3PL) industry and book-of-business is a must. For a senior title, must have 4+ years of relevant experience and the skill-set to prove it!
- An Intrapreneurial spirit and integrity; words matter and so do results
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in English. If located in Quebec, we are looking for someone bilingual (French / English).
