Position Title : Supervisor, Early Years (Sunshine Coast)
Location : 3 Early Years programs in Sechelt, West Sechelt and Gibsons
Term : Permanent, Full-Time
Hours : 35 hours per week
Shift : Monday to Friday, varied shifts
Start Date : As soon as possible
Salary : $60,000-62,500 annually (Plus, an additional $6 / hour for Licensed ECE’s as per the ECE Wage Enhancement Initiative)

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor, Early Childhood and Family Development to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Early Childhood & Family Development, the Supervisor will provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing support to staff and volunteers working with children and families in licensed group childcare programs. The Supervisor will work as part of the YMCA Early Childhood and Family Development leadership team to ensure the delivery of quality programs and initiatives that contribute to individual, family, and community well-being.
