Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking a French Bilingual Collections Clerk to join their dynamic team for a full time role.

Duties of the Collections Clerk may include but not be limited to; managing a large portfolio on a monthly basis, ensuring all invoices are uploaded, diligence/resolving discrepancies, creating and maintaining credit history files, managing the collection efforts and calls for portfolio, documenting daily collections activity, researching account disputes and billing discrepancies in addition to performing account and payment reconciliations.

Job Requirements:

• Previous collections experience
• MUST be fluent in French, written and verbal
• Aderant software experience - not mandatory
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
