We’re Hiring: Director of Business Development
Location: Markham, Ontario (On-site)

Ionada is scaling climate solutions globally—and we’re looking for a strategic, drivenDirector of Business Developmentto lead the charge. This high-impact role reports directly to the CEO and is central to our commercial growth.

What You’ll Do:
-Develop and execute our business development roadmap
-Build strategic partnerships across energy, manufacturing, and carbon markets
-Lead deal negotiations and structure commercial agreements
-Collaborate with product, engineering, and policy teams
-Represent Ionada at industry events and in the media

What We’re Looking For:
-8+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial strategy
-Experience in climate tech, energy, or deep tech sectors
-Strong understanding of carbon markets and sustainability frameworks
-Proven track record of closing complex deals and driving growth
-Passion for climate innovation and mission-driven work
