Job Purpose

The ProSales Associate position is designed to develop the candidate's knowledge of the equipment rental industry. In this entry‑level role you will answer product and service questions, process rental orders, and fulfill customers’ needs with accuracy and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self‑starters who want to grow their career in outside sales or operations. The successful candidate should be open to relocation across Canada for promotional opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Manage inbound calls and handle walk‑in customers in a timely manner.
• Answer all email inquiries.
• Resolve customer inquiries and address any issues or concerns.
• Provide customers with expert advice on the selection and operation of all types of tools and equipment.
• Generate additional sales revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders.
• Create rental agreements.
• Source available equipment from other branches within the region.
• Schedule delivery and pick‑up of equipment.
• Support all team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
