As the Portfolio Administrator, you play a key role in mitigating client, reputational and operational risk related to simple and complex leasing products and processes, supporting RBC Traditional Leasing services to our business clients.  The Portfolio Administration Agent enhances the client experience and mitigates against operational risk through effective portfolio management routines for leasing products e.g. lease contract maintenance and routines, cash application utilizing scheduled reporting and on-line input to various systems measured through established service and quality standards.

What will you do?

Fulfills reporting and cash management activities and routines as per normal schedule and or lifecycle through various channels i.e. leasing reports, cheques received, other systems (RBC Express).

Ensures quality, accuracy and alignment to all internal policy and procedure documentation of all incoming and outgoing workflow.

Effectively and accurately updates reporting such as closing leases on the system as it has been fully paid out or small balance remaining.

Manages cash by applying cheques activities received to outstanding balance.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

1-2 years in a client facing environment

Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage time and priorities

Demonstrated ability to solve problems by generating, evaluating and recommending alternatives

Ability to discern when to update and seek guidance

Strong willingness and desire to learn

Ability to work well within a team and independently

Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.
