Are you highly analytical, savvy with problem solving, detail oriented and acollaborative team player? If so, we are seeking an Actuarial Analyst to join our team.
You will help support pension programs by assessing the financial health of pension plans, conduct plan valuations, analyze funding requirements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

What you’ll do
Actively participate in the production of actuarial valuations for funding purposes as well as data analysis to assess the financial health of pension plans
Actively participate in the production of actuarial valuations for accounting purposes to determine the year-end information to be disclosed in our clients’ financial statements
Calculate various benefits and produce required communications in compliance with plan rules, government regulations, and actuarial principles
Exchange with clients and stakeholders, ensuring to communicate relevant information and provide appropriate follow-up
Assist in the implementation and costing of strategic recommendations for plan design and restructure we provide to our clients
You have
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Solid competency with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good oral and written communication skills in French (proficiency in English is an added advantage)
Strong interest in problem solving and the acquisition of knowledge
