Overview

We are hiring for a Senior Staffing Engineer who will lead technical governance, lifecycle stewardship and engineering standards across all static and pipeline assets. The role will provide expert technical leadership and guide decision-making throughout design, construction, operation, inspection, modification and retirement.

Responsibilities

Business Leadership – Acumen and Strategy

• Promote operating excellence and support initiatives aligned with Pembina’s Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS)
• Drive operational excellence projects and help establish the “Pembina Way of operating”
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Operations, Engineering and Construction leadership
• Maintain high‑quality relationships with key stakeholders, particularly operating units
• Design pipeline systems and static assets to meet or exceed environmental and regulatory requirements

Technical Leadership – Pipelines & Static Fixed Equipment

Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM)

Engineering Governance & Standards Stewardship

Collaboration, Influences & Knowledge Building
