Tech-Savvy : Utilize John Deere computer programs to access manuals, run diagnostics, carry out precise repairs, and install the latest upgrades and modifications to equipment.

Continuous Learning : Engage in company-sponsored training programs to expand your expertise and stay ahead of the curve.

Safety Mindset : Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Requirements

Education : Journeyperson Certificate – Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) or Agricultural Equipment Technician (AET).

Experience : 4+ years in agriculture equipment repair or a related field. Previous John Deere agricultural equipment and product experience is an asset.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and computer-based diagnostic tools.

People-Focused : Team player with a friendly, professional attitude and focus on customer service.

Soft Skills : Attention to Detail, strong time management, ability to work independently, and adaptability.

Physical Capability : Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs with long periods of standing and walking.

Valid Driver's License : You'll need this for travel to service calls.
