We are currently seeking Branch Managers to join our teams (on-site) in the following locations :

  • Terrace
  • Surrey

The ideal candidate will be a sales-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and enjoys exceeding customers’ expectations.

They will also have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a strong sales background and a good working knowledge in Apollo, although applicants with Sabre experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing a team of travel professionals.
  • Using your travel passion and knowledge to sell products and destinations your clients require or express interest in.
  • Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Preparing and processing itineraries with assistance of our automated templates.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years sales and customer service experience with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Extensive personal travel experience.
  • Ability to work full time.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of Apollo or Sabre booking systems.
  • A positive attitude, a keen interest in travel, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Previous team management experience required.
