Join us at Alderlea Dental Health as a registered dental hygienist. Our wonderful long-term hygienist is retiring. At Alderlea Dental, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care alongside our supportive and friendly team. You will have the latest hygiene technology available for you to provide excellent dental care.

The position can be either full-time or part-time. The clinic is open Monday to Thursday closed Fridays and all weekends.

You will collaborate with our dentists during exams and procedures, all while building meaningful relationships with those you serve. We prioritize work-life balance, so you'll enjoy a schedule without evenings or weekends. Compensation : $55 - $60 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Talk to patients and make sure they feel comfortable and taken care of before, during, and after the examination
• Conduct thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to ensure optimal oral health for our patients.
• Collaborate with dentists during exams and procedures to provide comprehensive care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, empowering them to maintain healthy habits between visits.
• Utilize the latest hygiene technology to deliver efficient and effective dental care.
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with patients, fostering trust and long-term loyalty.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to support seamless care and follow-up.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment for all staff members.
