Description
Project Scope : Developing an AI-driven call center application, including integrating Azure cloud-based solutions and APIs to enhance customer interaction capabilities.
Backend Focus : Backend development and integration make up 80% of the role, with some frontend understanding ( 20%) to support cross-functional work.
Integration Needs : Responsible for API orchestration between Azure custom functions, Azure native APIs, and external vendor APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions to support an AI call center application, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
- API Integration : Create and manage integrations using Azure APIM to orchestrate connections between Azure services and external vendors.
- Implement cloud-native microservices utilizing Azure Function Apps and APIs for seamless storage and database operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in backend development, with demonstrated expertise in cloud-based environments, particularly Azure.
- 5+ years working with APIM and Function Apps in Azure.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and integration patterns (event-driven, REST-based).
- Database : Azure SQL - Azure Storage Tables
- Cloud Platform : Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Microservices and APIs : Azure Function Apps and Native Azure APIs - Azure Storage Accounts
Nice to Haves
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of security protocols.
- Familiarity with load balancing, discovery, and resiliency for REST APIs.
- Object-oriented programming practices, including knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, and clean code.
