- Solution Architecture / Integration / AWS CloudProven experience in solution architecture, roadmaps and architecture design and implementation.
- Knowledge of wider application technologies stack, and Infrastructure knowledge.
- Knowledge of cloud native and modern application architecture
- Experience in building roadmap with interim state.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies (agile).
- Financial acumen to support development of business cases and to inform key design decisions.
- Ability to balance long-term direction and necessary short-term goals.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to provide technical guidance to peers and project colleagues.
- Strong personal impact and influence
- Good stakeholder and relationship management
