Job descriptionReconcile invoices from vendors Match invoices to Purchase Orders Deal with vendors for return requests and credit notes Enter invoices for payment processing Call vendors to request price quotes and availability Purchase products from vendors through company ordering system Make inventory adjustments / updates in system to maintain accuracy Data entry into company system as well as MS Excel Assist Senior Purchaser with various projects / tasks as needed Maintain a proper paper and electronic filing system Other duties as assigned Minimum 1-year experience with Accounts Payables Purchasing experience considered an asset Strong English communication skills (Verbal and Written) Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel Keen attention to detail Customer service oriented Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to multitask
