North Design Build is a fabrication and printing company specializing in designing and building custom displays for a wide range of clients.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate will work closely with our production and installation teams across the country to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include :
- Creating and maintaining project schedules
- Tracking project progress and communicating updates to the team and clients
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Managing project budgets and expenses
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure that final products meet client specifications
- Developing and maintaining relationships with installation teams
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience in the fabrication and printing industry is a plus
