• GFL Environmental is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our solid waste division, supporting customers across Southeast Saskatchewan. If you’re a hands-on sales professional who thrives on connection, accountability, and follow-through. The role offers flexibility for remote work and autonomy to manage your territory effectively.

• What You’ll Do
• Manage and renew a large portfolio of existing customer contracts across Southeast Saskatchewan.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients.
• Conduct cold calls, site visits and network to generate leads, prepare quotes, negotiate renewals, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer waste stream needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive market activities.
• Represent GFL at business meetings, industry events, and civic functions.
• What You Bring
• Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales : 2–3 years in sales, ideally within industrial, construction, or service-based industries.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• People Savvy : Down-to-earth and approachable — able to engage confidently with hands-on industries and high-conflict situations.
• Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently, manage your time, and deliver results.
