The Opportunity

Your Impact Starts Here – Ready to lead projects that shape communities and infrastructure across southern Alberta? In this role, you’ll collaborate with visionary professionals and deliver solutions that make a lasting difference.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver municipal engineering projects that strengthen communities and enhance infrastructure resilience.
  • Manage design and execution for water, wastewater, drainage, and roadway systems from concept through construction.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions for public and private sector clients.
  • Build trusted client relationships and mentor emerging professionals to grow future talent.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and communications to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Contribute to proposals and bids that secure impactful projects for the region.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or CET designation in Alberta with 4+ years of municipal infrastructure experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and navigate local planning and approval processes.
  • Expertise in watermain, sewer, and road design, supported by strong construction administration knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Alberta Environmental standards and guidelines.
  • Valid driver’s license and readiness to engage with municipalities across southern Alberta.

  • Compensation

    AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK : $104,100 – $138,000

    MB & ON : $95,000 – $130,800

    NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC : $94,100 – $124,900

    The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
