Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple media production projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate project timelines budgets and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborate with various teams (creative technical and finance) to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the production process.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to handle potential project issues effectively.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all regulations and industry standards during the production process.

Foster a positive working environment that encourages team collaboration and creative thinking.

Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Experience

Previous experience in project management preferably within the media production or entertainment industry.

Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
