Customer Service Representative (16 Month Term)

The Customer Service Representative on our transportation team plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our clients satisfied. This is your chance to accelerate your career in a vital fast-paced industry with a team that values dedication efficiency and communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and texts when communicating with customers and drivers

Provide accurate and timely information regarding services pricing and scheduling

Qualifications & Experience :

Term Position - with the possibility of a permanent role following the term

Full-time : 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm with flexibility for staggered start times as required

Salary : Starting at $18 per hour with consideration given to relevant qualifications and experience
