Position Title : Human Resources Generalist (Boucher Campus)

In this challengingposition you will report to the Executive Director Human Resources and beresponsible for developing implementing and coordinating a variety of human resources initiatives servicesand programs which encourage organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The position worksin conjunction with CCNMs employees management and faculty to foster aninclusive supportive and employee centered organization. This position works collaboratively with theToronto Human Resources team to ensure consistent provision of services acrosscampuses

You will overseeand provide service in the following functions :

• OrientationOnboarding and Exit Management
• Payroll and Time Management
• Recruitment Management
• Management Support
• Health and Safety
• Faculty Recruitmentand Contract Management Support

This position requires to be in-person at the BC Campus.

The base rate of this position is $63500.00

The Canadian College ofNaturopathic Medicine (CCNM) is Canadas premier pan-Canadian academicinstitution for education and research in naturopathic medicine.
