The client is a global leader in the frozen foods industry, supplying the retail and industrial sectors in North America, Australia, Taiwan and Japan. They provide a full range of products and support multiple private-label programs in addition to our own brands. One of the largest buyers of fruit globally each year and continue to enjoy strong growth in this emerging category in retail. Having recently completed a transformational acquisition in October 2023 that doubled the size and complexity of the company, the client is currently operating on two legacy ERP (NAV & AX). As we continue to grow and move towards complete integration, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the ERP Manager.
Position Overview :
Reporting to the CFO, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager is responsible all aspects of the day-to-day management, control and governance of the company’s existing ERP platforms, and will be asked to help shape the vision for the company’s future state ERP platform. As such, the ERP Manager will also be responsibleoverseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various ERP projects leading up to and including the migration to the selected future state ERP platform. This role involves a blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and a deep understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Management : Define project scope, goals, cost estimates, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively manage the project timeline, budget, cost estimates, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion of the project.
- ERP System Implementation and Integration : Lead the implementation of ERP solutions by coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. This includes configuring the ERP system to fit the company's needs, ensuring the integration of the ERP with other business applications, and managing any customization of the system.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure that the ERP is optimized to meet their respective departmental needs.
- Risk Management : Review existing ERP controls, segregations of duties and governance vs. best practices and make recommendations to senior leadership on areas for improvement aimed at risk mitigation and working in collaboration with the IT Department. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Identify and manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.Collaborate with the IT Department team on setting up the company’s Ai tools that interface with the ERP system and in establishing an appropriate governance model aimed at ensuring appropriate controls related to access to information are put in place.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Guarantee that the ERP system meets the project specifications and adheres to quality standards.
- Training and Support : Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. Provide training, support, and guidance to ERP system users.
- Post-Implementation Evaluation : Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements aimed at establishing best practices for future projects.

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications :
Proven experience in ERP Implementation management, including the deployment of ERP solutions on time and within budget.
Knowledge and Skills :
