Trainee, Insurance Advisor

Job Overview

We’re searching for a Trainee – Insurance Advisor at our Sunnycrest Mall location in Gibsons, BC . This role will give you the chance to learn to promote and educate clients on insurance products, anticipate client needs and complete various insurance transactions.

Compensation

The hourly rate is $22.75 on a 35‑hour work week. After obtaining the Level 1 Insurance license, the rate increases. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months of hire.

Training & Support

• Westland covers licensing costs.
• Training plan provides full support during the six‑week training period and beyond.
• Financial support to obtain Level 1 license.
