At Prenuvo we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive sick-care to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour) safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation) and non-invasive (no contrast). Our team is reimagining clinical operations by integrating software automation and AI to scale meaningful patient care.

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Navigator to join our Prenuvo Medical Group. This is a remote patient-facing role that combines direct outreach with strategic internal collaboration. Youll be a clinical voice on the frontlines calling and supporting patients as they move through the Prenuvo experience while also helping shape the systems and workflows that enable care at scale.

This role is fully remote. Candidates must be locatedwithin registered Prenuvo locations on Central Time Zone (CST) or Pacific Time Zone (PST).

What Youll Do

The Registered Nurse Navigator is a hybrid clinical and operational role that blends patient-facing communication with cross-functional collaboration. Youll provide high-touch support to patients undergoing imaging procedures while working alongside internal teams to continuously improve how care is delivered.

Patient Care & Navigation

  • Proactively call and follow up with patients to guide them through the Prenuvo journey
  • Conduct pre-scan assessments and answer patient questions with clarity and empathy
  • Support patients in understanding what to expect how to prepare and what their next steps may be
  • Offer clinical insight and emotional support as needed referring to NPs or MDs when appropriate

Internal Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations product clinical and support teams to surface patient needs and friction points
  • Contribute to internal process improvements by sharing insights and identifying workflow gaps
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives knowledge sharing and feedback loops

Clinical Documentation & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions
  • Ensure compliance with privacy standards and clinical protocols
  • Coordinate with other members of the medical group to ensure seamless patient care

What Youll Bring

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with a Canadian provincial or territorial nursing regulatory body
  • Located in Pacific or Central Time Zone and available to work full-time hours during standard business hours
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferably in ambulatory care radiology oncology or concierge settings
  • Minimum 2 years of remote nursing experience in addition to the 3 years of clinical experience
  • Certifications in radiology-related and/or oncology-related nursing
  • Strong background in patient communication education and relationship-building over the phone and video
  • Experience working cross-functionally within healthcare or digital health teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environmentcomfortable with ambiguity pivots and iterative work
  • Clear professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using clinical software telehealth platforms and productivity tools
  • Demonstrated systems thinking and eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement
  • A warm calm presence and a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Passion for Prenuvos mission and excitement to build something new

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in digital health or remote patient support
  • Experience in project or operations roles within clinical environments
  • Knowledge of MRI safety and imaging workflows
  • Certification in MRI technology (e.g. ARRT certification).
  • Advanced training in quality management or healthcare administration.

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $70000 - $95000 in local currency depending upon experience
