Collections Specialist - Hybrid
Position : Collections Specialist - Hybrid Location : West Island Salary : Up to $55,000 per year Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package including RRSP Are you a driven and detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and customer service?

Responsibilities : - Manage a high volume of collection calls and correspondence - Negotiate payment arrangements with customers - Monitor and maintain assigned accounts - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Update and maintain accurate records of all collection activities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth account management Requirements : - At least 3 years experience in a collections role, preferably in a high-volume setting - Fluently bilingual to communicate internationally - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and collection software How to Apply : If you are ready to take your career to the next level and make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you!
