Job Description
The Retail Design Concept Manager will lead the creative and functional direction for all store designs across both brands. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all new builds and renovations align with brand identity, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and meet operational needs. The position requires a blend of creative leadership, strategic oversight, and project management, working closely with the Senior Project Manager and cross-functional teams to bring store concepts to life.
How you will support the team :
Defines and maintains store design standards for both brands.
Collaborates with internal teams, including Store Operations, Visual Presentation, Merchandise Design, and Planning & Allocation, to ensure designs meet operational requirements.
Leads, mentors and develops the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
