POSITION DESCRIPTION :
Cogir is currently looking for a resident concierge for a rental building located in Laval. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and a keen sense of organization?

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required
- Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
- Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace and pool, gym
- Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Maintain property spaces and systems
- Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces
- Minor plumbing and electrical work
- Other Related Tasks
- Painting and plastering work in apartments
- Painting of rental units
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
- Preventive maintenance of equipment
- Snow removal from entrances
- Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances
Construction
- Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
- Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management / the general manager
- Taking out the trash
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years
- DEP in general building maintenance (an asset)
