Purpose of the position

Our Laurence building located in Downtown Montreal is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need! Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
• Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations
• Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces
• Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Maintain property spaces and systems
• Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
• Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances
• Be available to respond to emergencies
• Other Related Tasks
• Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace and gym
• Distribution of communications to tenants
