About the Role : As the Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial reporting and integration of the organization.
You will be instrumental in establishing robust financial systems, leading ERP implementation, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement monthly financial reporting processes.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the selection and implementation of a new ERP system.
- Integrate financial operations of newly acquired companies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and acquisitions.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
- Participate in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
- CPA designation.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience.
- Extensive experience in Financial Reporting and FP&A.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and successful implementation experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience :
- Background in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience working in a public accounting firm is a plus.
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and controls.
