Director, Workforce Management

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Director of Workforce Management to join our team. As the Director of Workforce Management, you will lead the development of workforce planning strategies, including the provision of workforce analytics and reporting to improve performance, address workforce challenges, and support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Assessing organizational staffing and identifying requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives.
- Designing, implementing, and consulting on performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Driving large-scale workforce planning efforts that solve complex or endemic problems.
- Leading critical projects to improve planning and forecasting efficiency for global operations.
- Promoting a culture of excellence, inclusion, learning, diversity, and innovation.
Requirements
- Having 7+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning with leadership experience.
- Effectively communicating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrating a proven track record of driving key strategic workforce planning initiatives across all levels of an organization.
- Leading collaborative, multi-functional projects and toggling between strategic and tactical efforts seamlessly.
- Identifying technology solutions and tools to solve business problems.
- Establishing and leading cross-functional teams and working groups.
- Earning trust, maintaining positive and professional relationships, and contributing to a culture of inclusion.
- Having experience with NICE WFM or other Workforce Management tools (Verint, Aspect, Genesys, etc.).
