Review and optimize supply chain processes to improve operational performance. - Analyze current systems (ERP, MRP, etc.
and recommend improvements to reduce costs, lead times, and errors. - Collaborate with internal teams in supply, production, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth process integration.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. - Stay updated on supply chain innovations through technological monitoring.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management to support strategic decision-making.- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain process analysis, ideally in a similar role. - Proficiency in ERP systems (e.
g., SAP, Oracle) and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team. - Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools (Excel, PowerBI, MS Project).
