We're looking for someone who :

• Has 5-7 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and tackles challenges head-on.
• Masters the art of balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.
• Possesses strong communication skills and is bilingual to communicate with employees and business partners in other Canadian provinces.
• Leverages positive influence and persuasive communication to drive initiatives forward.
• Excels at building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative spirit.
