We're looking for someone who :
- Has 5-7 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and tackles challenges head-on.
- Masters the art of balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.
- Possesses strong communication skills and is bilingual to communicate with employees and business partners in other Canadian provinces.
- Leverages positive influence and persuasive communication to drive initiatives forward.
- Excels at building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative spirit.

P.S. : this role requires at least 5 years of experience at an advisory / strategic level (not operational). Prior experience in a similar size company is a plus.
