Youll work alongside the Department Manager to help deliver standout service and operational excellence that reflect Farm Boys commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. Through collaborative leadership hands-on coaching and daily team engagement youll help build a high-performing department where team members feel supported and customers feel welcomed. • Deliver warm confident and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boys commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Work closely with the Department Manager to execute departmental strategies and achieve stated goals and performance objectives.
• Support team development through training coaching motivation and recognition while maintaining a high level of trust confidentiality and professionalism.
• Lead regular team huddles to share goals recognize achievements exchange product knowledge and provide meaningful feedback to build engagement and connection.
• Support daily operations by ensuring outstanding customer service accurate merchandising and rotation adequate staffing coverage and consistent department cleanliness.
• Provide office and administrative support including inventory management ordering invoicing schedule maintenance and payroll functions.
• Promote compliance with all Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies procedures and provincial regulations to maintain a safe and high-quality shopping environment.
• Contribute to store success by assisting with other related duties as required.

Qualifications :

• A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in business plus a minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment by effectively managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of performance.
• Excellent organizational analytical and interpersonal skills supported by a clear professional communication style.
• Comfort learning and using manual and automated systems with prior experience working with a variety of computer software programs.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
