In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Maximo to meet business and functional requirements.
• Configure and customize applications using Automation Scripts (Jython / Python), MBOs, Workflows, and Application Designer.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST / SOAP APIs, and enterprise middleware.
• Perform data migration and conversion activities including ETL scripting, data cleansing, and validation.
• Develop, modify, and optimize BIRT / Cognos reports to support business intelligence needs.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for performance and integration issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Maximo environments.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and clients to ensure alignment between business and technical design.
• Prepare technical design documentation (TDD) and deployment artifacts following best practices and change control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security, integration, and data governance standards.
