Senior – Data Scientist
We are looking for a skilled Senior – Data Scientist to join our exciting journey in revolutionizing our cutting‑edge Data Science and Big Data platform, expanding Managed Data Science Services across diverse industries.
You will help clients navigate the complex world of modern data science and analytics, providing unique insights that revolutionize and enhance their entire organization.

Your Responsibilities
- Support AI and Machine Learning opportunities within client portfolios, building, validating, deploying, and monitoring advanced descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive machine learning models.
- Deliver solutions including Sentiment Analysis, Text Mining, Digital Analytics, Customer Segmentation, Customer Acquisition, Churn Management, and the latest NLP and Generative AI solutions.
- Effectively partner with clients to understand and anticipate needs, guiding them toward both short‑term wins and long‑term managed data science services.
- Analyze customer data to identify optimization opportunities across business functions such as product development, marketing, supply chains, operations, manufacturing, R&D, and more.
- Leverage commercial and open‑source AI, Machine Learning, Big Data ecosystem tools, BI, visualization, and discovery tools (SAS, R, Python, Scala, Java, Spark, Azure Machine Learning, PowerBI, Datameer, etc.) to deliver advanced models.
- Proactively monitor and fine‑tune AI / ML model performance, managing champion / challenger models for optimal performance and resource utilization.
- Ensure models are properly packaged, documented, and deployed; participate in client training and knowledge transfer as required.
- Ensure compliance with top‑level security, privacy, and data governance requirements.
- Apply CI / CD, DevOps tools and processes (Git, Jira, Jenkins) to deliver and support advanced data science solutions.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert and thought leader, continuously following industry trends and delivering papers.
- Present KPI’s views at major industry conferences and events.
To Qualify For The Role, You Must Have
Degree in AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics / Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.5+ years of extensive experience building predictive ML and AI models for customer experience, journey analytics, segmentation, churn, lookalike, or equivalent use cases.Proficiency in various machine learning techniques and their practical advantages / drawbacks.3+ years of experience in Text Mining and NLP.Experience with scripting languages : Python, R, SAS, Java, C++, SPSS, MATLAB.Experience with deep learning frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.In‑depth understanding of the predictive modeling lifecycle and best practices for feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, management, and performance monitoring.Experience leading teams of Junior and Senior Data Scientists.Proficiency in open‑source AI / ML / DS tools, R, Python, Spark, notebooks (Zeppelin, Jupyter), Azure, DSX.Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) with strong LangChain proficiency.Experience querying databases and using statistical programming languages : R, Python, SQL.Data Scientist certification, including Azure, Hadoop, Spark or equivalent production experience.Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in AI, ML, Statistics, Economics / Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.Prior consulting experience in the manufacturing sector on data science projects.Experience with deep learning on CPUs and GPUs.Experience with Azure Machine Learning.Experience with Text Mining and Sentiment Analysis.Bilingual in English and French preferred.Experience with MLOps pipelines and frameworks (Kubeflow, MLFlow, etc.).What We Look For
