WHAT YOU GET
Seasonal compensation paid weekly, based on your experience and equipment qualifications.
Regular pay, even when it doesn’t snow! To receive your full seasonal compensation, you must remain employed and maintain the required availability throughout the season.
Overtime paid in accordance with applicable employment standards.
Opportunities for year-round employment in permanent landscaping maintenance positions, with access to group insurance and a group RRSP, subject to eligibility.
Provided uniforms and on-site parking.
Training and development opportunities.

THE WORK
Safely operate snow removal equipment.
Inspect your equipment and report any issues.
Follow site-specific instructions and communicate with your team.
WHAT YOU BRING
At least two years of experience driving commercial vehicles.
Experience in snow removal or operating light or heavy equipment — an asset.
A valid Class 5 driver’s licence and a good SAAQ driving record.
Reliable transportation to your work location or assigned sites, including overnight.
Reliability and a commitment to safety.
Availability for snow removal operations and assigned shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Please note: Working hours vary depending on weather and operational needs. Seasonal compensation is not tied to a predetermined number of hours. Any adjustments required to meet minimum wage and overtime requirements are calculated based on actual hours worked.
