Channel Marketing Manager, Municipal

Job Summary
The Channel Marketing Manager, Municipal at IPEX plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth through our channel partners.
The role will collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, Innovation and Marketing teams to create and implement effective channel marketing programs that enhance brand visibility, drive demand generation, accelerate growth and ultimately increase revenue.
This role requires a strategic thinker and creative innovator with proven track record in B2B channel marketing.
Principal Responsibilities
Develop and execute channel marketing programs to drive partner engagement, lead generation and sales growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement, product launch support and promotional materials as well as presentations and videos.
Lead & direct marketing coordinators in marketing activities and initiatives.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and channel partners to understand their unique needs and align marketing initiatives to support mutual objectives.
Provide regular reporting and analysis of channel marketing program performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Flawlessly execute channel marketing strategic plans.
Drive actionable generation of marketing qualified leads using industry leading digital tools.
Develop annual advertising / media plans with internal and external support.
Execution of regional trade show initiatives and other channel events.
Manage campaign budget, partnering with the Marketing Director and Marketing Operations Manager to forecast and track.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, Master’s degree an asset
10+ years of progressive experience delivering impactful channel marketing programs in a multinational B2B environment or managerial experience in a downstream business (Contractor, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with sales teams and channel partners.
Excellent written and oral English skills. French language skills an asset.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the success of marketing programs.
Creative thinker with a results-driven mentality.
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
Experience with Marketing Automation tools, CRM systems, .
Travel
Employee will be required to travel 20% of the time. Employee may need to occasionally visit other IPEX locations.
Location : This is a hybrid role and would require 2 days in office per week.
