Role Overview :
As a Facilities Services Specialist , you will oversee the daily operations of WTW’s office facilities in Montreal and Ottawa , ensuring a productive and compliant work environment. You will manage office budgets, improve processes, and support employees by providing efficient services while working closely with leadership and external partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Budget Management : Develop and monitor budgets to control office operating costs.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor FS staff, managing performance and professional development.
- Client Relations : Collaborate with office leadership to meet local business needs and provide operational guidance.
- Project Management : Work with Corporate Real Estate on office real estate projects.
- Vendor & Compliance Management : Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure compliance with company policies, including Quebec’s language legislation.
- Process Improvement : Implement office processes and service metrics to drive operational efficiency.
- Safety & Security : Oversee safety, security, and business continuity programs.
Requirements :
Experience :2-5 years in facilities management or office operations, ideally in a client-focused or professional services environment.Leadership experience in managing teams and resolving issues in high-pressure situations.Skills :Bilingual (French / English) : Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.Strong customer service orientation with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.Proficiency in MS Office , MS SharePoint , MS Teams , and Oracle .Education :College / University degree preferred, or High School diploma required.Additional :Occasional travel may be required within the jurisdiction and for corporate meetings.Flexibility in working hours may be needed.Must-Haves :
