Hourly salary of $21.
8monthcontract with the possibility ofextension.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Weekdayschedule from 8 : 30 am to 4 : 40 pm.
Onsite work in a dynamicenvironment.
Responsibilities :
Organize client files by sorting them into categories fordestruction legal hold andimaging.
Scan the categorizeddocuments and accurately upload them into Salesforce verifying thecompleteness of data.
Ensuremeticulous attention to detail to properly segment and prepare alldocuments for offsite storage.
Organize documents systematically and logically for easy retrievalwhile adhering to the companys records retentionrules.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
13 years of experience in a relatedrole.
Strong attention to detailto ensure thoroughness in handling criticalinformation.
Excellentorganizational skills to establish and maintain a systematic andlogical filing system.
Proficiency in using scanning equipment and uploading data intoSalesforce or similar software.
Proficient in basic computer programs such as the Microsoft Officesuite and Adobe Acrobat.
Effective communication skills for interacting with team membersand supervisors providing updates on work status and collaboratingon objectives.
Bilingual inEnglish and French (spoken andwritten).
Physical ability tolift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs / 22.7 kg and stand forextended periods.
Possession ofan insurance or mutual fund license is consideredadvantageous.
Experience in salesoperations process management or documentation management isdesirable.
Familiarity withSalesforce is consideredadvantageous.
