About the Job
- As a Project Director, you will lead a variety of Institutional and Commercial Construction Projects in the Kelowna Area
- Work alongside passionate builders who have a strong desire to win and deliver profitable, on-time projects
- A culture built on grit and the desire to win is the environment you will experience
- Success is in the hearts and minds of everyone working at this 100% employee-owned GC
About You
- You’re a proven Sr. PM or Project Director ready to drive success in your own book of business within a leading national contractor
- You have experience in leading commercial construction projects valued from $1m to $30m+
- You have superior ability in team-building, delegation, planning and communicating with internal and external partners
