POSITION SUMMARY

Fulfill the daily production demands of a Vancouver manufacturing facility as indicated by either the production schedule and / or leadership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Comply to all Vancouver and corporate safety rules, regulations, and policies.
• Prep for packaging activities, operate packaging equipment in compliance with SOPS, GMPs, ISO / FSSC / HACCP and safety guidelines and requirements.
• Clean up and maintenance of plant, plant grounds and equipment.
• Document all required data for process operation, testing, cleaning and sanitation activities, (manually and electronically).
• Restock supplies, operate forklift and pallet jack, load / unload delivery trucks, recycle product and prepare product.
• Understand and comply with all production quality system SOPs and documents, safety policies and SDS.
• Work with operation team to increase knowledge of process and equipment operation and to assume more Operator II responsibilities and duties as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
