As a Sales Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving sales, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering an exciting combination of a base salary and commission structure.
- Pay Rate : $40k / year plus commission.
- Location : Markham, ON
- Shift : Mondays to Fridays 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm

Responsibilities :
Listen, understand, and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, order status, stock availability, and shipment tracking.
Provide accurate updates to customers and sales teams on order progress.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, performance objectives, and KPIs within a revenue-generating culture.
- Work with peers, industry partners, and customers to provide the best technology solutions and services.
- Assist in accounts receivable and collections activities, ensuring the prompt resolution of outstanding invoices.
- Conduct research to understand potential customers' needs and educate them on the value of your client's products and services.
- Continuously analyze market trends and sales data to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and document sales activities and communicate progress to sales leadership.
Requirements :
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- 0-1 years of sales experience-ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level professional eager to grow within a sales environment.
- Post-secondary education-a degree or diploma in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License-with a satisfactory driving record.
- Self-Motivation and Ambition-demonstrated interest in impacting business landscapes through technology solutions, particularly in AIDC and wireless technologies.
- Tech-Savviness-familiarity with office machines, proficient in Microsoft Office platforms, and professional use of social media for business purposes.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills-excellent verbal and written communication abilities and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Natural curiosity with a desire to learn, grow, and develop within the tech sales industry.
